about ntx flyers
Our Philosophy/Goals
Our team focuses on positive coaching with an emphasis on goal setting, proper warm up/cool down, dynamic running drills, strength training/core, and the work out of the day.
Our goal is to elicit a love of running in our athletes, and an understanding of what it takes to become their best. We create an opportunity for athletes to reach their potential without burning them out, so they have long careers ahead of them.
