Practice Schedule*

  • Mondays: Practices consist of an endurance or tempo run typically on roads. Workouts are completed with strides and stretching.

 

  • Wednesdays: This workout will focus on interval training and/or hills on various terrain (grass, road, or track) 

 

  • Sundays: Track/speed workout followed by core/strength
